The longevity of any electronic transformer is highly influenced by it being positiioned in a proper ventilated area. The secondary voltage of a transformer changes with load. A transformer must always be loaded to its nominal rating to create the correct secondary voltage.
A low voltage tranformer may develop a buzzing noise if dimmed below its minimum tolerance. For yourself if you're like annoyed or disturbed from such noises you should think about to utilize a low voltage transformer only when needed and prevent using it completely during sleep hours too. However, an equivalent transformer is a thing you would actually want to have, it's time saver, money saver and helps you accomplish plenty of work with minimum expense.
