These types of files can really add up and slow down your PC because they use up a lot of system resources. It's a good idea to run this periodically at least once or twice a month.
Clean Registry. You will need a program that you install on your computer to help clean up the registry entries on your computer so that it will run faster. Registry Easy is a very good registry cleaner. Cleaning the registry is something that cannot be done manually.
