The rents for the Feriehuse are set only after taking into consideration many factors, such as furniture, view, outdoor facilities, additional equipment, services and demand.
It requires a security deposit for all rooms furnished, but differs from house to house. This deposit will be returned to the lessee at the end of the holiday period on payment of costs and damages to property. Electricity, water and gas are included in the rent. However, you may have to pay the tourism tax collected by a few owners ranging from 0.3 to 2 € Euros per person per day.
Arrival must be usually between 4 pm, but for some holiday homes from 5pm to 7pm. Please tell Provacances the exact arrival two days before arrival. If you are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances please inform the owner or his representative. Departure should be before 10 am and a duty to inform the owner or his representative about expected departure time. This is important to ensure the delivery of keys and inspection for the owner of Ferie Italien.
In the case of a breach of contract the owner of the cottage, we reserve the right to pay the rental amount or replace the cottage with another of similar capacity.
